The best recommendation...

The best recommendation I made this year was to replace dual-monitor / multi-monitor setups with a single ultra-wide monitor.

Several clients took my advice. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Clients typically only call when they have a problem, so when a client calls not once by twice excitedly exclaims, "This thing (new monitor) is the best!", it kinda is a clue that maybe this is a good thing.
